Return Policy

You can always return a package. You have 7 days from the date you received your package to return your purchased product back to us.

You can return your package trough the nearest post office. The costs for the return will be the responsibility of the customer.

All products must be returned in a new condition. That means, unused, with all labels, and without a trace of makeup.

All returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned at the expense of the customer.

  • Returning your purchase

If any of our products doesn't fit or doesn't meet your expectations, we regret this very much. Unfortunately, this can happen.

We ask our customers to return products within 7 days.

Please follow these steps to return your purchase:

  1. Send us an email with the description of the item you are returning; reference color, text and size as well as the reason for the return and the size or color of the new desired item.
  2. We will answer you within 24 hours regarding your return and / or exchange articles.
  3. Go to your nearest post office to deliver your package
  4. We ask our customers to send back the return package by registered mail so that you can be sure that we have received your return in good order. When you return a package, Bie Riel cannot be held responsible for loss, damage and transport cost of and for the return.

  • Receiving a refund

Your refund will be credited to the original payment method. 

If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Bie Riel. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. Since this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise.

Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account depending on your bank.

Repeated Returns

We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience very easy. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion or lead to the closure of your Bie Riel account.

  • Late Returns

Your return should be sent back to us within the 7 days of receiving your order. Late returns will be investigated to determine if it is due to the transport company or if it was returned passed the 7 days.

Returns outside this period will not be accepted  and will be send back to the customer. All costs of a late return are the responsibility of the customer.


  • Gifts

To arrange a gift return, please email and we will assist you further.


  • Clothing

Please take care trying on items as all products must be returned in a new and unused condition with all safety and Bie Riel garment tags still attached.

  • Faulty goods

We try to deliver products without manufacturing defects, but sometimes an article can escape to our attention. If you receive a product with loose seams or badly congested prints, you can always return it to us. The cost of this return will be fully refunded.

Products which have been damaged as the result of use or incorrect washing or drying, cannot be accepted by us as a return.
