  • Which payment methods does Bie Riel accept? Is it safe to use my credit card online?

We accept Visa and MasterCard. You can also choose to pay with PayPal.  All payments are processed through a secure checkout system.

First-time orders will be sent to the cardholder's billing address or work address. This process is for your security, but also to verify your details independently. To ensure that you don't experience any delays to your order, please make sure all your details are entered correctly.

  • Can I choose the currency?

You are currently viewing a BELGIAN website.

All orders in Europe will be charged in Euros. For all other destinations, you will be billed in Euros as well. Your bank will do the necessary conversion in the currency of your country.

  • Which countries does Bie Riel ship to?

Bie Riel ships to all European countries and the United States.

If your country is not listed, send us an email at info@bieriel.com. We will inform you what the shipping costs will be for your country.

  • How long does a delivery take, and how much will it cost?

  • Is my shipment insured and do I need to sign for my order?

(Only for Belgium)

All your purchases are insured against theft and accidental damage while it is in transit from our Bie Riel office to your shipping address. Once your package has been delivered and signed for at your specified address, it is no longer covered. To ensure that your purchases arrive safely and in perfect condition, we require proof of delivery.

  • Do I have to pay import tax and sales tax?

For all shipments within Europe, there are no Taxes or Duties. When you select a destination outside the EU, the product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties, as well as BE VAT. So, once your order arrives at its destination, you will be required to pay all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country to which you are shipping in order to release your order from customs.

  • Can I change my order once it has been placed?

No, once your order is placed, we cannot change anything.

  • Will I be refunded the full amount of my order with a return?

Your refund will be issued to the original credit card used to place the order. The shipping costs for customers outside the EU are not refunded, unless your items are faulty.

For customers outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. You may be able to recover these costs by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

  • How do I return or exchange an item?

Making a return or exchange is easy. You have 7 days to decide whether to keep your items. If you decide to return the item, you can go to the nearest post office and sent the item back. The return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer.


  • How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number to track your package.

  • How can I purchase a gift card?

You can send us an email at info@bieriel.com or you can enter the amount of the gift card in the box labeled “gift card” and then add it to your shopping cart. Once the gift card is paid, we will send it to you by mail.

  • How can I see when an article is out of stock?

Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we sell out of certain items. It will then appear as "sold out" on the detail page of the item. If an item that you have ordered is out of stock, we will notify you by email.

  • Where can I find sizing information?

We try to give you as much accurate sizing information for each product as possible. You can retrieve all this information on the detail page of the item. If you need further assistance selecting the proper size, please contact our Customer Service by email: info@bieriel.com

  • Where can I find care/washing instructions?

Wash at 30° or 40° C or Hand wash. Iron sweaters or T-shirts inside out.  Do NOT iron on the print or embroidery. If you notice that the print is wrinkled you can smooth it by using a baking paper. Place the baking paper on top of the print and iron. Do NOT use any steam. Don’t tumble dry. Dry cleaning is allowed.

There may be remains of a membrane present on the inside of garments with embroidery. This provides firmness to your embroidery on your sweater or T-shirt.
